2026 Claims Excellence Awards

We’re proud to announce that earlier this year the First Underwriting Claims Team was shortlisted as a finalist for Claims Team of the Year (MGA) at the Claims Excellence Awards 2026, and James Morris from Kingsbridge was shortlisted for Claims Champion of the Year.

The awards celebrate excellence across the insurance sector and teams/individuals that demonstrate strong performance in service delivery, collaboration, and customer outcomes.

Whilst the team and James did not take home the award in their respective categories, being shortlisted is a significant achievement and a reflection of the high standards consistently delivered by them.
